FAQs

Post Natal Program

How long after I’ve had my baby can I start the program?

The first two weeks of the program involve listening to an audio file and rebuilding the connection between your mind and abdominals and pelvic floor muscles so technically you could start from birth. However, birth is a huge journey and having a newborn whether it’s your first, second, third or any other number child, is always going to be a huge upheaval. With that in mind, it’s probably best to wait until you are mentally ready to commit to doing something every other day. That may be 6 weeks, 6 months or even longer depending on your journey.

Do I get access to the whole course at once?

The content for the program is drip fed that means each week, one more part of the program is opened up. This is to stop overwhelm and to keep you focused on the tasks for that specific week. The video workouts drop on weeks 3, 5 and 7 and you complete the same workout every other day during this time. I have supplementary workouts that become available at week 4 if you want to change things up a little bit.

Can I stop and start the program?

Yes, once you have purchased the program, you have access to it forever. When new things get uploaded, you will receive an email letting you know. If the ‘wheels fall off’ and life gets in the way, never fear. You can simply start over or start where you left off.

How long do I have to complete the program?

The program is designed to run over 8 weeks. If you want to spend more time mastering the workouts you can do that too. It’s really up to you and what you can fit in.
