Terms and Conditions for Direct Debit packages


The following terms and conditions apply to all classes held by Unwind Pilates Studio.

Classes are 55 minutes in duration except for the express mum and bub studio sessions which run for 30 minutes. Please bring your own water bottle, clean socks and wear clothes that you can move easily in.


Bookings can be made one of four ways; 


You can book the same time each week providing it is available. It is your responsibility to let Unwind Pilates Studio know if you cannot attend that time or your session will be forfeited.  


Memberships are direct debited weekly via ‘eDebit’ for the number of weeks agreed to upon sign up. For example: if you selected a 6 month membership, 26 direct debits will occur at that price under that membership. It will then need to be renewed. Unwind Pilates Studio memberships are non-refundable, non-transferrable, and are not redeemable for cash.  Our standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all clients.


IMPORTANT: If your account information changes (i.e. expired credit card) please be sure to update the information the next time you're in the studio as there will be a charge of $6.60 for any declined / default payments. 


The memberships have been set up so that you get better rates the longer you sign up for because it requires less administration time. In order for you to take advantage of these rates you will need to give your credit card or bank details on a completed eDebit form (which will be emailed to you) and agree to the following number of debits per membership before cancellation can occur.


* 3 month membership

   Total of 12 direct debits


* 6 month membership

   Total of 26 direct debits


* Ongoing membership

   Minimum of 26 debits




Seniors (over 60) and full time students (24 years and under) will qualify for 10% off any direct debit option. Current, relevant ID must be provided.




$0.79 - merchant processing fee is applied to every direct debit transaction. 

Additional 1.65% - for credit card transactions OR 

Additional 3.2% for AMEX card transactions

$6.60 - dishonour fee if the payment fails due to insufficient funds, card expiry or incorrect card.



Please be aware that for the longer memberships, there is NO cancellation until the allotted number of direct debits have occurred except in extenuating circumstances (injury, pregnancy i.e. not just a change of mind). For the 6 month membership there will be a total of 26 direct debits. For the ongoing membership, there will be a minimum of 26 direct debits.


You are only charged for classes attended OR late cancelled classes (less than 24 hours notice). If you are unable to attend your class or session and have given the minimum 24 hours notice, that class or session will be in credit for another day or time that suits you. 


To cancel a direct debit after the allotted number of direct debits have occurred, please advise Unwind Pilates Studio in writing with four (4) weeks notice. Email: hello@unwindpilatesstudio.com.au 


If you are planning on going away on holiday, let us know and we can place your direct debit on hold for you. We need two (2) weeks notice to place it on hold and can place it on hold for up to six (6) weeks at a time.
